I have made a trade for a Glock 17 9mm w/4 mags. case, loader and holster. I would say it was shot 50 to 150 times. Not a scratch on it. I will have to wait for a while to get it as my trade is tied up but should be available soon. It's tough dealing with friends. There may be a laser sight with it if the friend can find it. Craig
Hey Craig, the G17 is a fine weapon if the trade was in your favor, congratulations 😊
Sounds great Craig! Best of luck!
They needed my pontoon trailer real bad and I didn't need it anymore so it was good all around and I get some cash also!! Craig
Totally a Win win situation😀
Well I talked to my friend with the g17 and I will get it tomorrow so I can take to the gun show Saturday as my guy is making a holster now for it and we can finish it Saturday!! Craig
Nice, everyone should have their own holster guy. I have one too, however he lives in Texas. Rudy makes som great stuff 😊
This is some of Rudy's work

OK got the Glock and my holster guy is making the holster at his home shop so we will finish the adjustments tomorrow at the gun show. Craig
Well all went well!!The Glock ended up being a g19 3gen. The holster turned out real nice kind of a gray basket weave. Craig
Shot the Glock and it was OK but I was having problems. It grouped well but not in the bullseye. It could be the owners before me sighted at 6 o'clock where as I like sighting on the center of the bullseye. Only was able to shoot about 20 rounds so time will tell. Craig
Hey Craig, Warren Tactical makes some really nice sights, have them on several of my pistols

Hey Ken mine are a 3 dot site arrangement that is like rear site is 2 dots and 1 dot in the front but they are lite up in some fashion. Very nice. I think it was me as much as the as much as a site problem. I just need more time preferable alone to work with this issue. Craig
BTW I don't like the "feel" of this gun in my hand!! I will look for a slip on grip of some kind and the trigger is not for me either.
Absolutely, take a look at Tallon grips, plus they are really nice, and are only around $-18.00

Apex makes a nice trigger for the Glock. They can be a money pit changing out things you don't like.
Just shooting the Glock like 20 times I do see a new trigger ect, ect, ect. My Tauruses are a much better gun right out of the box at 1/2 the price!! But I wanted one to test and it is a nice size. I can't ever remember putting a gun in my hand that felt as bad as the Glock. Oh well!!!!! Craig
I lucked out a scored a frame that had the bump removed and love it. It used to come up front sight high always and now the sights are dead on. I have tried many of the connectors to work the trigger over so if you read about one you need to try, let me know and I might have it laying around. I finally went with the Glock - minus connector that produces a little lighter trigger that is smooth without the heavier wall. Being a combat pistol vs target like a nice 1911 I decided it makes the most sense for me.
Trying the picture again after Kenk's help.
Hey jazzsax8,
Give the below a try for resizing images. Start with the 640 x 480 (for message boards) with no expiration
Thanks for the link Shadow 😊

This has been my experience as well but I have friends that shoot Glocks better than anything else so I can't really bash them. I almost bought one until I found that 1911's came in 10mm and I just had to have one. Of course I could have bought 3 Glocks for the money but oh well. Enjoy the gun. It might grow on you.
Got a Hogue grip today and it fixed the grip issue, very nice. I will shoot more and try a heavier bullet to see if that helps with the site issue. I think I was the main issue the first time out and more shooting is in order. Craig
At least it is easier to find your brass :D
Lol, a luxury i'm not afforded on a regular basis 😀
Talked to the guy with the range I have been shooting lately and he is saying we should shoot tomorrow and I think I will. Craig
Boy I shot the Glock with 147g, 135g, 115g, and 65g incepter ARX. All were in the black or very close. Either it was the new grip or ME!!!! the other day but all is good now and with the new grip it is a joy to shoot except the trigger pinches my finger. I really think it was me as today I really took my time and it showed!!! Craig

This has been my experience with glocks there for I don't own one.
