Found a M10 and sent a message. At that point the responses I got read scam in a big way! The same one minus goodies is on gunbroker. By that I mean it's the same rifle. :o
Man I hate it when that happens.
I had that happen a few years back on a VW Touareg. The deal was sooo good. Turned out to be too good to be true.
He typed to me in broken English. Then when I asked about payment wanted PayPal or Western Union. After denying that he didn't want to ship from an FFL. He was in Connecticut but wanted payment in Georgia. His cell phone was Oregon.
This one is just nuts. The seller on Armslist removed his ad today but this is THE SAME identical ad as what was on Armslist yesterday but out of Illinois which ended 4/6 instead of Connecticut:
