I have been researching the difference?s, if any between the G30S gen 3 and G30 internal parts like springs and striker, but am not finding an definitive answers. I guess my question is, are the G30 springs and striker the same as in my G30S? When looking for these parts online, often only the G30 parts come up

Glockstore lists them all together, so I would trust they are they same.

When it makes a difference they are very detailed. See the sizing chart for a trigger bar.
