Title: Talyor's and Company 1911
Post by: Wyocaddis on December 15 2022 02:05:34 PM MST
Picked up pistol today. It is extremely tight and may need some break-in. It does in fact come with 2 45 APC magazines. So will be getting 10mm mags The trigger pull stinks very heavy Recoil spring seems heavy enough I have a Ruger 1911 with 22ibs springs and feels just as heavy even though they list a 2olbs as standard. As mentioned, before it comes drench in oil sealed in a plastic bag. Overall, would give it an A for a 400-dollar gun. Not fond of the g10 grips but that is easily changed.

Shooting will have to wait as we got 18" of snow from this last storm

Torn down cleaned, and oiled. Now just have to wait it spring. :). May see what I can do with that trigger. Also gives me time to pick up, cocked, and locked holster and magazines
