There has been some talk about Taurus making a 10mm semi auto in the TH line up. I wrote Taurus about these specifically and the reply was they are not in production.
I'll continue looking for more news.

I just checked on a Taurus forum that I visit periodically, and little was said about its upcoming availability, just seems odd that so many retailers are listing them, but none are available
I've been waiting myself.... looked at the Taurus TH product page, and nothing is listed for it.
I suppose there?s a possibility they ditched it at the last minute, but doesn?t seem likely with as popular as the 10 has become lately. Probably not the wisest business decision if they did
Ya I read about this on the Taurus forums web site and everywhere I looked they are "Not In Stock". Keeping my eyes peeled and my ears pierced.
Hmmm, Gluck take-down, external safety, 15+1, no trigger dingus. Alot of good and bad stuff in one package. I'm holding off until you guys figure it out!
