Still digging ;D

Advertised like Freedom Munitions.
Well it took my order. It's like all the others where you are ahead of the game ordering more ammo. I got the 10mm, 9mm and .44 Mag. Testing coming on all.
any idea what tips they use for HP rounds?
I didn't see HP's listed. Got a link?
Ahh. Next to it... didn't see a bullet picture so didn't click on it. I will ask!
These guys are good! They shipped this morning and I got a UPS tracker. Also George from their company called me, so if this ammo is half decent this is a very good option. Shouldn't be a delay or cancel/re-order on ammo!
Another possible player in the game.
These are on for tomorrow. They are loaded in Top Brass and wondered if anyone heard of it? Anyone have a pack of Freedom Munitions to compare?

"Top Brass" has been good with other calibers I've used (mostly HP rifle), comparable with Starline. I haven't used any in 10mm, yet.
That's good to know. I'm told this is the same supplier that Freedom Munitions comes from so when I test tomorrow their will be a duplicate on the master sheet. No need in buying the same thing from them.
1140, 1178, 1175, 1183, 1148. Average = 1164.8 FPS/ 542.16 LBS
Pretty weak sauce but shot good.
Their .44 Mag 240gr were 1083.71 FPS/ 625.73. Real weak! Reloaded 9mm was 1189.33 FPS/ 361.12 LBS. Not too bad.
Looks like the load everything to 1100 fps. I bet their 455 webley would be really hot :P
Another shooter had some .40 Freedom Munitions there. The labels were close enough (exact) that I won't be doing a test on Freedom. Duplicated on the sheet:

Thanks for the testing. Yeah, I guess about all they can claim is it out does 40 short and weak. But from a shorter G29 barrel I wonder if they could even claim that. Either way, you never know how it might turn out till you test it. This load just doesn't make the cut for me.
With the attention the 10mm is getting in gun sales and ammo makers, although few who make real 10mm ammo, supplying the needs and wants of 10mm shooters, when will the comercial makers realize it's time to pony up with regards to full power.
Playing devils advocate, cause I would certainly like to see more full power factory loads from the big boys.
But, for new shooters it is nice to be able to buy a box of Blazers or Hydra-shok's and know they will be mild. And, while we feel like a big group here on the 10mm addicts support group, we are a small group.
And, I would be even more thrilled to see someone like Underwood, who has put in the time and effort to work up true max 10mm loads, get a national contract with Midway and Cabelas and some other BGS's
I do agree though. Wouldn't hurt Remington and Winchester to put out a 180 grain at even 1400 fps.
Amen. And up the box ct to 50.I believe the mighty 10 is gonna burst next couple yrs.

Make me very happy if it did. The 94 assault weapons ban made a lot of people love the 45 when they could use round count to compensate for the terminal ballistics of 9mm at that time. Now those people are more and more wanting to move on to high capacity, and the 10mm gives them good round count and superior to 45 ACP terminal performance.
I hope everyone that loves or likes the 10's write to the MFG's as much as possible. I put the bug in everyone's ear as often as possible... S&W, Ruger, Fiocchi, Winchester, Springfield, etc... for new firearms and ammo. Facebook is a great place to do so but e-mail works well too.
Last week I e-mailed S&W about any future 10's but never got a response.
I go on a campaign about twice a year and email all the major mfg.
Two weeks ago I posted on WalMarts wall for 10mm in stores then sent them an e-mail. Most of the time they never get back to you LOL.
I'ld like to think it is only a matter of time to when Walmart carries 10mm. I just hope it's during my lifetime! :D
