Yep. Saw this the other day. The time is coming where lead will be outlawed. It's already happening in CA with any type of lead bullet being outlawed for hunting. Next step is CA banning all lead ammunition. Like most things, when CA passes environment type laws, they usually get adopted by the EPA and become laws for the entire nation.
