Kinda an also ran.  I think Kimber had a Poly 1911 a number of years ago with the Ten II.  When they dropped it Charles Daly picked it up, and still has them I think.

Rock River also lists a Poly 1911 as coming soon.

This EAA and the Rock River differ from the Kimber/Daly variant in that these are single stack while the Ten II was a double stack.

Be interesting to see the price point, and to see the quality.

He said in the video retail is $590. I have a deepening hate for EAA and wish they would just go bankrupt!

They need to get away from the Bling Bling appearence with the Bling Bling Girlies. Like walking into a mechanics garage and looking at Bling calenders.

Not in this lifetime. A plastic 1911 is NOT a 1911.
Sorry Intercooler but Tanfoglio has known about EAA's customer nonservice for years and doesn't care.

Yea, yet another 1911 knockoff/clone...I am so tired of looking at 1911/45ACP BS like it is the only gun in the world! ??? >:(

Somebody please make something different, real guns with real metal in a style that is not 1911...I might have to go get one of those little Boberg XR-45S and try an convert it to 10mm!  At least it is not a 1911... ::)

VLTOR please make the Bren Tens ;D so I don't have to buy something else! :-[

Just don't see the point of a single stack poly.
Don't know why they don't import their steel frame model.

I own glocks and 1911s so I don't think a plastic 1911 is that bad. Kinda cool the rock rivers come in color like tan green browns. They use to make very accurate 1911s.
