whats so great about these guns? darn things are expensive.

Yes, they are.  There's a lot that goes into one of them.  IMO, the first $$ is the Wilson name.  The service is impeccable.  They make everything out of the best steel-no MIM.  You mostly pay for all of their time in hand-fitting, etc.  You can get one of their lower end models or a used Honda Civic.  I want one and probably could swing it, but I don't know if I could live with spending that kind of money on a pistol.  I'm still thinking of a Les Baer, though.

I have a WIlson CQB 45acp. This is the finest most precision  built gun I have. They are guaranteed to shoot a 2" group at 25 yards. The hand fitting/labor is where the cost is. It is like a Rolex watch, a finely tuned instrument. I would love to have a Wilson 10mm but too pricey for me.
