Title: Frankengun 10 on Gunbroker.....
Post by: neo7241 on March 04 2014 08:26:44 PM MST
I just saw this on gunbroker. And I am not really sure this is the right category for this....if not, my apologies, and please move it. But this has the makings of a great gun. I personally have owned a Para P-12 sometime back, but just couldn't get used to the back strap grip being so short. Just thought I would share it in case someone is looking for something different.

I can't justify the cost here

Ya, I have to concur. Assuming it functions with all mags,  there can be justification to up to $1200. A lot of money can go into 10 mags of this sort. And the Caspian slide with an Infinity made barrel is a nice touch, to be sure. Still, I would much rather put that kind of money toward a new STI Nitro 10, and call it good.

Beautiful gun but I can't stand 1911s. For that price I can buy three new glock 10mm. The irony is for most in order to get a 1911 to perform well they have to spend 1k+.

Not enough magazines to peak my interest...  ;D   Kinda cute gun, if you're into 1911's. Been there, sold them all, and now 'into' DA/SA CZ clones. So many carry/handling options, such great triggers, so little money to get them all....
