Went to the range with the new Warren Tactical sights. THIS is the sight for me. I used the standard Warren sight with the fiber optic red front. It is easy to see, does not block out the target, is fast and very accurate. Really feels like its cheating. Its almost like a red dot sight as the whole package is flat black except for the red dot out front. The sight pic provides great feedback for windage and elevation and the fiber optic front is very bright. (I use a crimson trace laser + light for night) Anyway, i tried the stock glock sights (fine for targets imo), and the xs big dot 24/7 tritium sights before instantly liking the Warren Sights. I have shot from 7 feet to 100yds with the Warren's with the same satisfying result.
I know sights are different and personal to each shooter, but I highly recommend the Warren's gentlemen.

Thanks for the review on Warren. Someday I'ld like to get some better sights for my Glocks. It's just not in the budget at this time.

If you prefer all-black sights (I don't) you can always just turn your stock sights around.
The stock Glock sights are very accurate. Its just that when you line it all up, the target is obscured. The Warren sights have scalloped edges and a thin post in a "U" notch that provides fast acquisition, and windage and elevation cues. You can still see plenty through the "U".
Learn to shoot with both eyes open, so sights "obscuring the target" is not an issue. That thin post in a wide notch is good for speed, but bad for precision. Being able to see past the front sight through the notch is a band-aid for shooting with one eye closed. Sorry.
Its true.........i mostly shoot the pistol with one eye closed. I will try both open next range. That said though..........the sights are fast AND very accurate.......at least for me and my one eye. ha ha
The warren sites are excellent quality and a METAL site, much better then the stock plastic glock sites... MOSTLY from a durability standpoint. The wide notch as mentioned is good for quick acquisition.

I have the big dots on one of my G23's and it takes some time to use them consistently. Up close, you cover the target with the dot and squeeze to hit it. Its NOT a target site, its a combat/speed site. On my G20, I wanted metal and fiber optic.. I looked at the Warrens, but being impatient went with the easily attainable Tru-Glo TFO's.
Good luck with the Warrens, they are a good choice!

I just bought Tru Glo sights for my new 20. I have a hard time with stock or small sights [my eyes]. on my other SD Glocks I have Big Dots but the 20 is going to be my woods gun so I needed different sights. I found the TG sights on E-bay for 43.00 shipped. I got some fiber optic steel sights pretty cheap so if I don't like them I'm not out much.

I've considered the big dots and eventually want to go with something different than stock, just too many other irons in the fire right now.
Personally I would not even consider the big dots for a hunting gun. IMHO, its a pure defensive site. ;D

I have Warrens on all of my pistols... I went with the tritium front on my carry gun and the rest have fiber optics fronts, with plain black rears across the board.
I've used everything from Big Dots to Ameriglo pro operators/I-Dots/ProGlos... the Warrens just seem to give me the best balance between fast and accurate.
I have the warren carry on my glock 20 with red fiber up front and black rear. I love them over the standard glock sites!
