So his armscor brass PPU brass? since their Montana plan does not produce 10 mm ammo, guessing the answer to this question is YES

 I'm not really beating the buy American drum here. I have heard many people referring Armscor  10 mm ammo as an American product and I don't think that's quite right.

I'm more worried about reloading Armscor brass

Are you asking if Armscor brass is PPU brass? No. They are totally different companies.

Then who is the PI company they refer to in the press release. Armscor says plainly that their just making three calibers 22 TCM 5.56 + 1 more

Where are you getting this information? Do you have a link?

The powders, brass, bullet, boxes, stampings, MFG stamp, etc... are totally different.

     They are based in Montana (they bought BVAC) and produce it there. The only thing I read is they invested in their main calibers. The 10mm isn't one of those it would seem.
