If it'd run on my (Delta Gold Cup) Lower, I'd take the Upper

I have that gun, very solid build, this is my 2d RIA (have one in .38 Super). Lot's of sharp edges is my only gripe, needs a dehorn if ever refinished.

Interesting.  I knew they made the 5 inch, but not that.  I will have to keep my eyes open for one.

Now that I have the money I can't find one without a rail.

The grips are pretty sharp.

Gotta admit I love mine but its headed back to rock island. Doesn't like the last round even in a Wilson Combat mag and in the factory mag, it likes to nose up and catch on the left edge of the barrel hood. Thats with any ammo I have run through it including 155 xtp in an attempt to see if pointy bullets would help. When it runs tho....mmmm i love it. Freakin tack driver for a 4.25" If Rock Island can get it to be reliable, I'll never let it go!

Also, two of the grip bushings were cross threaded from the factory, they sent me a set of 4 and with some blue locktite all is right in the world.

Here is how it is jamming, first the way the wilson mag jams, 2 out of 3 times I run through a mag it will do this on the last one.

Now here is the way that it jams running the factory mags. I cant remember the wilson one ever doing this, but this is quite common running remington umc 180fmj stuff.

Switching to 9mm slide stop fixed my last round lock back issue. (From 45 version)
Have some issues with mag springs lately. How many rounds do mag springs last typically?
