I think it is being contracted and produced by Giulio Fiocchi, Lecco, Italy for Tulammo... ??? They look like nice quality cheaper choice ammo. I have to wonder if it is tested accordingly to C.I.P. standards... ???

The headstamp code PERFECTA is not even in the International Ammunition Associations INC. database but they haven't updated in a while. ::)
