Went to my local gun shop today - they are a Glock store - though way down on the get it first list. The only info they have so far is
1. 6" long slide

2. No interchangeable back strap

They didn't say if it was a single stack or double stack -  though the picture almost looked to be a single stack mag?

The slide looks to be dovetailed - couldn't really tell from the picture, in the picture there where no sights on the slide?

The grip looks to be a sf style.

Single or double stack - I getting one and have my name on the list with a down payment already.

That will be my Xmas present to me!

That will put me a G20sf gen3 on the M-T carbine, a G20sf gen3 stock ( I will put the sight rail on the 40 with the aimpoint and the 10mm  6.60" barrel if it fits the G40  and put the 6.2" 2 port barrel back in the G20sf gen3 for woods carry ) And keep my G29sf Gen3 with the 4.6" two port barrel for EDC.

YUP that works for me- drool, drool

When I get them all set up - I will have to post a picture of my Glock collection.

I've seen this suggested elsewhere also, but I'd think the Glock USA site would have it up before it was a real product--as a teaser and to get a feel for interest. I can't imagine they'd build a monstrous 10mm and go single stack--I seriously doubt that'll be the case. I'm confident I could find a logical reason why I need to buy one, though. I'm working on that right now.

It doesn't matter because there hasn't been a single Glock pistol made that fits in my short fat fingered hand. (At least so far)

But exciting for guys what like Glocks nonetheless.

I hope that they based it on the Gen 3 20 if so than my 6.6" barrel would be just right for it. There would be enough mass in that long slide to really get some massive power out of the 10mm.

Could add this to my collection no problem. The new Sig sounds great but I don't like some of the numbers being thrown out there for it.

The Sig is nice, but this 40 is monster, not into those type of sites but it looks great on a 6 inch Glock.

Will be buying one.

Well, if Glock made something like this, I would want one!

I don't believe its hype. Certainly hope not anyway. I've seen some different posts and pics online. I've also seen the g40 and its brothers on a magazine cover at the store. Would like to get my new glock.
