This was interesting.

I'm about ready to try it. Got a request for a quote in.
Aww fudge. They called me back. Look like I'm getting the Mechtech to use on my Dan Wesson. Cost a bit more than I expected, but I got the rail, flip up sights, and a red/green dot optic on it.
I have two of their units, an early one with flimsy fixed stock for 1911 and a newer one for Glock, both 10mm
Love them both!
I got the M4 collapsible stock front and rear folding sights, and the red/green optic sight.
Very nice article and vid
See he has the "New Style" Muzzle Deco on the 45 CCU
I do like what it (could) look like....it's too short
If it was a bit longer, it would give a better "affect" and look more like a true Flash Hider Supressor 8)
Well, I don't remember getting big muzzle flashes from my 5" pistol. You probably don't need a big long one with a 16" barrel. I didn't even bother to order one with mine. I ain't getting this to look "tanti-cool".
Hey GDog
The "Flash Hider" is only for looks
It doesn't really work as a Flash Hider / Suppressor
Remember; the original one was called the "Muzzle Deco"

Would love to see some Underwood out of this. Also, some full spec hand loads. I wonder which powders would benefit most from the long barrel.

Kind of wondering about that myself. Wouldn't know where/how to start looking.

Y'all must not have watched (or paid much attention to) the Video ???
At about 4:30 into the Vid you can clearly see both Underwood (180 /1300) and Buffalo Bore
Then again at 6:40, he shoots them and checks the spent Brass at 7:25

Like I said, I ain't getting this so I look "Tanti-Cool". I'm getting it because I want to see what a 10mm will do with a 16" barrel.

Hey, well, good luck with that Gdog
Here's my MG20-M4 set-up, with a Rail Mounted, M2 knockoff

Personally, I like its "Tacti-Cool" look:

Set-up like this, it can continuously hit a 12" Octa-Gong at 100 to 150 yards
And can shoot groups like this at 50 (20 Rounds within a 4" Ring:

I'll match your target with my 10mm Mechtech. And this was from a cold barrel to a hot barrel. Lord knows how tight it would have been with everything warmed up at the beginning.
