Thats a home cast bullet, apparently they do not make that particular bullet mold anymore. Its not on lymans website.
Shadow has a devastator mold. In fact, I am pretty sure he provided the bullet for the video. He might make you some.
Though Lyman doesn't catalog the mold anymore, NOE makes a very very close copy:

I have one of NOE's 200/180HP molds and it is a great mold. I have several other molds from him as well. Very best quality. If you want a mold like this, I would suggest NOE. Even better he will make them as big as 5 or 6 cavity. IIRC the Lyman mold was only a 2 cavity.
The Lyman Devastator Mold is "OBSOLETE", however there are mold makers that do produce some nice hollow point molds.
If I had to buy again, I would look at Erik's hollow point mold service for sale offerings...see link below.

Then there are the Group Buys over at Cast Boolit forum...http://castboolits.gunloads.com/showthread.php?264983-MiHec-Oreo-10mm-WFN-220gr-190gr-Optional-no-lube-groove-for-powder-coat (http://castboolits.gunloads.com/showthread.php?264983-MiHec-Oreo-10mm-WFN-220gr-190gr-Optional-no-lube-groove-for-powder-coat)
And as sqbullet writes there is NOE's molds...http://www.noebulletmoulds.com/NV/ (http://www.noebulletmoulds.com/NV/)
