Surprised at the lack of flash.  I guess that suppressor eats more than noise.

 I never really thought about it. 

Flash is not just All unburnt gunpowder, but gas as well.

A good flash needs the two to go hand in hand.    That's why high velocity rounds/pistols make big flashes,i.e., Auto Mags, Coonans, 22 mags, 10mm of course, etc.
