That's awesome! Thanks for the heads up. This is exactly what I've been waiting for...a Dan Wesson 6 inch 10mm. I hope the build quality is the same as the Valor and Silverback series.

I agree!
I'll just have to settle for this on when it becomes available around here.

I'm going Grand Power 15+1 10mm in 2016. I just need to figure out if I want the 4.25" or 5" model and whether or not to start a group purchase for a custom color.

I think Dan Wesson makes a fine firearm.

But I am hard pressed to think this would be any better than a Rock Island 6" + $800-$1000 worth of custom work.

Have the RI and Para longslides. Both great guns, but another long slide especially a DW is just too tempting and I will get one. Don't forget Kimber is making one too.

Honestly all I need is a 10mm revolver and I am done.

Do you have a plastic 10mm?

Wolfie,

Thanks for the DW Bruin pics. Have you heard or seen anything new on the 6 inch Kimber? Projected production release dates, pics etc.?

That is good to know and I may end up with one.  I keep kicking myself for not buying one of those Para LE-Hunters in 10mm that had the 6 inch barrel/slide, ramped barrel, adjustable sights and even a rail back when I saw one for $1.1K in a gun store.

The Para Hunter is very hard to find now, mine has been great.
