Is this just all catalog BS and will never make it to the outlets in the U.S.?

1160 fps from a 6" barrel. Pretty anemic stuff.
This kind of grinds my cookies. I mean S&B makes decently warm ammo in other calibers. I had some .45ACP from them a few years ago that was downright toasty. But. 10mm? WTheck? Why even bother making light 40SW LONG?
Yeah I know they all do it. But at least reach for for SAAMI. Meh.....grumble.........walks away.
Lame
If it was cheap enough I'd buy it for plinking.

It's here, there's only one place I found it:
http://www.unammo.com/#1001
$0.38/round shipped
Anyone going to try some? I'd love to see actual chrono results and a pull down.
We all know the chrono can be +/- published by a bit.
JMK
Edit:
Google lists about 10 vendors that have it in their catalogs, but none have it in stock. It appears to have only been added to catalogs as of late last year, so I imagine that it will start showing up as orders are filled. The mfg. P/N is SB10A, FYI.
I will and send it for a pull-down if I can find it to order. I wonder what they rate it at?
It looks like it will be $14-$16 a box. If it has a little snap it will be a go to!
Why is it: ***380.00 shipped to lower 48 states***

$19 / box with the exorbitant shipping they charge.
Though still would be a good value if they are doing 1200 fps.
Anyone want to split 1000?
Did this ammo change? Is it now stouter?
Did anyone ever try it and report?
I didn't see any reports. I can't imagine many people have it yet.
The website I linked above is the first and only place I have seen it available. The others have added it to their catalogs but don't appear to have received their orders yet.
S&B says 355 m/s from a 150mm barrel, with a ME of 737 J.
In English...
S&B says 1164.7 fps from a 5.91" barrel, with a ME of 543.6 ft-lbs
Let's get it tested before we give it the thumbs up/down. :)
1154 isn't bad for practice ammo at that price point.
...aaaand here it is, by the box, not the case. At $14.41/box, too! It was just a matter of time. More will show up, I'm sure.

I'd buy some myself but I can't for a couple of months... but at least I have the internet. :)
Now lets get some in the hands of the munitions testing masters!
http://www.luckygunner.com/10mm-auto-180-grain-fmj-sellier-bellot-50
$17.75 a box
I will jump on and order some tonight for testing and pull-down. They advertise 1164 FPS and if they crest 1100 it's a great buy!
Lucky Gunner is nuts for shipping! $18 for two boxes! I guess I will wait until a more reasonable place has it.
I just got some but haven't had a chance to test it yet:

They came from:
http://tssoutfitters.com/shop/sb-10a-10mm-180-fmj-50-20/
... but they seem to be out of stock now. My buddy and I went in on two boxes and it came to $14.94/box plus $7.95 shipping for two or a shipped price of under 38 cents each. Here's an album showing the pulled bullet, what the powder looks like, etc:

Some math needed but it looks like 263.74 - 179.34 - 76.32 = 8.08 gr of powder.
Pretty decent looking stuff if it has a little ooomph.
Thats a good looking box.
I'll have to try some if I can find it.
Even if it doesn't have any oomph (aka 40 S&W loads), that is a great price if the brass is decent to reload. You can't buy components that cheap.

Good point!
