I was at my local Cabela's, just browsing the gun library. Done that lots of times before. There was a Ruger 38/40 10 mm revolver laying there. Bought it. And at 10% off sale it was under $500
I'll pick it up Monday

NEVER seen one under $500.

I just bought a .41Magnum for $400+ shipping, tax and transfer fee.

Excellent price. I would have bought it, and I already have one. I paid quite a bit more, but mine was "like new", unfired/unturned.

It's a great gun. Only own 2 revolvers. Been focused on my ARs lately including my 10mm one
