All the Elite guns are great.  It is all just personal preference.  I like the stock I personally, but nothing wrong with a Stock II

Thats your jam then.  I would favor the Stock I as a carry gun, so no extra weight and no "outside" safety to get bumped off.

Get you some and post up pics when it arrives.

Unless you're dead set on the hard chrome look at the Stock III also. I have a Stock III and a limited. I bought the Stock III first and had a hard time deciding between the Stock 2 and the limited. In the end I think I just prefer the 4.75 " models over the 4.5 " models.
Like already stated, all the elite models are outstanding.

I have a Match already and love it except for the rail on the dust cover. I just cant get over how much of an eyesore it is. Im looking for something more appealing to the eyes. Im in no rush to buy anything right now.

I got my Match pre-rail.  Very happy about it too.

I have never been clear on the frame of the match.  Stainless or hard chromed.  Mine appears more hard chromed, but I could be wrong.

If it is stainless, and you are handy with a file, then the rail is easily removed.  About 3-4 hours of work and then a bead blast and polish and you have an old style.  But, if you aren't handy with a file, then such a task will cost you.  probably end up spending more on a Match and work than you would spend on a Stock II and an SA trigger pack.

Some people cut the rail back. Don't forget the Limited Pro!
