Ruger MKIII 5.5" barrel 1129, 1186, 1152, 1196, 1185. Average 1169.6 FPS/ 122 LBS

Federal 150gr HST
Springfield XD 4" barrel 955, 946, 938. Average 946.33 FPS/ 298 LBS
Grand Power K100 4.25" barrel 943, 917. Average 930 FPS/ 288 LBS
EAA Limited 4.75" 953, 954, 964. Average 957 FPS/ 305 LBS

Velocities are probably based on 18" or 22" barrels...still good from your 5.5" though!  :D

The 9mm is heavy @ 150 grain, being HST and long JHP it occupies a lot of case capacity... also good for the weight!
