They look like reloads in mixed brass and primers.

This shot okay out of all three pistols.

Springfield XD 4" barrel 1125, 1120, 1074, 1086, 1100. Average 1101 FPS/ 310 LBS
Grand Power K100 4.25" barrel 1109, 1120, 1075, 1063, 1108. Average 1095 FPS/ 306 LBS
EAA Elite Limited 4.75" barrel 1076, 1108, 1162, 1124, 1141. Average 1122.2 FPS/ 322 LBS

Different primers :o  that might account for the varying velocity performance...
