I've seen this before, as I noted the first time seeing it, the "shooter"  focused primarily on the only person who could defend. Plus they  strategically put them dead center ready to be shot. And then they make every cop look to be trained like swat. As I do agree that 99 percent will react as  they showed, the reporting is so skewed  it's laughable.

Yeah...It might be the same result if they sent the "shooter" into a room with an unknown number of people who may or may not be armed, but we didn't get to see did we.

Very frustrating.

I've seen that crap before too.  I don't think any of us would argue that if we fight back in a mass shooting, we might get hurt or killed, but that doesn't mean we should just lay down like sheep and not TRY.  Most of us will never find out how we would react in a chaotic crisis with bullets flying, but dammit I'd sure want at least the opportunity to defend myself and my loved ones and if I'm not armed I KNOW I would not have that opportunity.

One of the police simunitions facilities nearby has a drill where they "jam" the officer's gun during a drill.  In every case, the op-force takes him out the first few times.

Best simulation I have come up with in my training.  Stand up two rows of 5 clay pigeons, one each for two shooters.  First guy to clear his pigeons wins.  It definitely puts the pressure on.
