I test fired my first UA Delta Elite load @ 1240 FPS. I test fired 15 rounds @ 7 yards and they were dead on target. I was only able to retrieve 4 of the cases :(. NOTE: Underwood headstamp vs Starline of the past:

Kwesi, Great post, I wonder how much he cut back on the load? I would think close to 8.8 grains if I had to guess?
I still have some reloads. I can send a couple in the next round... they were based off those.
Very nice Kwesi, what did you fire these out of?
Intercooler, now that the headstamp is out, what's the rest of the UW secret? ;)

Colt Delta Elite. I originally purchased his 200 grain XTP's to be used in my CA89-10mm (clone of a HK MP5-10mm). This is a full auto SBR that I plan to use on my first ever hunt ( hogs ). All was fine when I tested the 200's until I switched to full auto. The magazine blew out the bottom and the brass catcher flew off the side. Kevin was. Rey concerned and offered to replace the ammo with whatever I'd like. I chose his DE specific load.
Why are the primer strikes all over the place?

They are probably not "all over the place". They may appear that way, because they aren't in the box in the same orientation they were fired in the weapon. If they were at random locations, this would indicate a serious breach/pin failure. They look very similar in location, which may indicate his full auto problem. Off-center strikes often indicate an out-of-battery firing. Full auto can exaggerate the condition. Sear timing is critical. Early detonation not only off-times the cycling, it also allows early ejection, exposing the frame to extreme gas pressures (the reason it blew out the mag and catcher). Either the weapon is not timed correctly, or is not set up or designed for that ammo, or both.
I've done the same with a Sten and an Uzi, using heavy bullets and too-slow powder. The Sten survived and continued to fire, but it was a horrific experience, with a LOT of the gas blowing out and back. It's an open-bolt (firing pin fixed to the breach face), blow-back action, and reacts differently to load variations. The Uzi locked the action with a shredded case on the second or third round.
DM1906: these cases were NOT fired in the full auto SBR. They were fired in a Delta Elite.
Are they indeed off-center then?

The same is true of my Delta and Smith 1006. Unless the weapon isn't functioning properly it's nothing to be concerned about.
IC, they are off center, but if you rotate the cases in your minds eye, you see they are all the same amount off center. The firing pin hole is not not centered in the bore of his gun. As long as it goes bang, doesn't matter.
So its a MFG flaw. Nice
I don't real see that as a flaw...it could be, but thing about this...the firing pin hole is drilled in relation to the center but then the slide to frame fit and with the barrels being fitted to be able to lockup into the top of the slide. This can change the chambers' center up or down depending on the barrel machining. That is sort of an adjustment in the fitting process! I think you will see many guns not strike dead center of the primer.
The center of a primer has a fairly large sweet spot.
I agree with The_Shadow. In order to make it dead center every time you would have to drill the firing pin channel after fitting the barrel to the gun, especially in a 1911. And, you would have to replace the slide if you ever changed barrels.
That one if probably at the outer edge of the tolerance, but within spec. And if/when that barrel is worn out the next one may end up spot on.
She runs just fine. Don't think I'll ever wear out the barrel. Out of my three 10mm pistols the DE has seen the littlest use. I do plan to run her more often since she has become my daily carry.
