So if I were to to do a G20 gen 4 to 9x25 dillon conversion at some point, is the 9x25 dillon barrel all that is required? Also, I am currently running the factory recoil spring in the G20, will that need to be changed out for the 9x25. This look like a fun caliber, plus if I could find a longer aftermarket barrel I could really utilize the 9x25 capabilities

The impulse of the 9x25 is different for 10mm and the factory spring of the gen 4 should work well.
I run the Non-Captive Wolff steel recoil rod and 22 lbs spring in my G-20SF for just about every thing except the 9mm conversion.

So does anyone make a G20 gen 4 to 9x25 Dillon 6" or longer barrel for under $200.00? I would be ok with a standard length Glock barrel in a 9x25, but longer seems to be more desirable. The only barrels I'm seeking, which are few are really expensive, say 2-3 hundred

LW no longer makes them??
They don't list them. I don't know if they have dropped them completely, or if they only do a run or two a year and they are just currently out.
So who make these barrels at a reasonable price, regardless of length? I'm ok with paying 100 - 200, but can't really justify paying more

Lone Wolf quit having the Stainless Steel barrels made in favor of their Alpha Wolf line of barrels. That being said they haven't started producing any of them as conversions like the 6.02" 9x25 or 357Sig for the G-20 or G40.
With the G-40's using the same barrels as the G-20's I thought they would have made some of these conversions already.
I think KKM will produce the 6.02" barrel if you call and request it. There is still a market for the 9x25 and 357Sig conversions for these G20's & G40's

Well I emailed KKM to see what if anything they could offer me in a 9x25 - G20 / G40 conversion barrel....kind of excited to see there response
Barsto also has 9x25 barrels in stock for the 20 and 40 if kkm isn't making a run anytime soon.
