230, 240, 250 and maybe more?
I have seen that I can get 41 Magnum cast lead up to and over the 250 mark,
but it obvs needs resized. A Simple .401 heavy cast bullet is preferred. Ready
to work up the loadings, no problems there, but finding slugs is the hold up!

underground, you would likely need to get a special mold cut to go heavy. You need to understand that the nose profile needs to be good for feeding as such only so much bullet can stick out past the case mouth. That being said the rest of the bullet length inside the casing if too long may get squeezed smaller or bulge the case out as it encounters the inside thickening of the case walls.
Now the best way to achieve the weight is NO LUBE GROOVES (that adds weight without lengthening) and use the powder paint coatings to coat the projectiles...
There are some selling bullets without lube groves but mostly standard weights.
I bought some real nice deep HP's from GT Bullets.
Nice thing about GT is you can buy a few diameters AND he will sell AS CAST so I can powder coat and size myself.

If you want to cast your own, Tom at Accurate Molds will cut any type you like, as long as it is a flat point.
For commercial cast, and assuming I didn't cast my own, here's what I'd do:
I'd order 41 cal non-GC bullet like this on linked below. Specify non-lubed and not coated. Then I'd get an intermediate sizer bushing and NOE sizing die and size down in two steps. Then I'd powder coat and size again.

From the looks of it, this nose might work. But it might be a little wide. Not a lot of revolver profiles will feed a 10mm, but worth a try.

I also had this question on castboolitZ forum and came up with this and a few other ideas.
One fellow on there has a custom (but now IN STOCK!) 240gr 10mm Mold that feeds well,
so I kind of surmised that 240-250gr is about the practical limit for a good feeding 1.260
range WNFP 10mm. What I did was order 100 each of the 240gr and 250gr bullets. I
suppose I will need an "intermediate die" to go from .411 to .401 however. I did not see
that size available but I only checked one place so far...
NOE has bushings in .408 and .404. It would be convenient if they had something in between. I'd probably snag both, or at least the 404.

Afternoon undeRGRound. I have not done any casting at this point, but have loaded my share of WNFP. Do you think 1.260 will be ok for feeding? (Not to long) If I remember right, I had to go shorter, 1.25 - 1.255
