For twenty years, he ran it without a hitch. One day he was held up by an armed assailant. When asked by the detective to describe the perpetrator, Wilbur told him it was an elephant. The conversation went on:
Detective: An elephant? What kind? Was it an Indian or African elephant?
Wilbur: How can you tell the difference?
Detective: An African elephant has larger ears in the shape of its native continent. The Indian Elephant has smaller ears.
Wilbur: Well that doesn't help.
Detective Why not?
Wilbur: He had a stocking over his head.
