Unique in that it functions as a bolt action and semi-auto
Length of barrel 24.5in blade frontsight insert with detachable protector tangent rear sight with windage and elevation, wanut stock with nice checkered pistol grip. Smooth trigger pull all metal parts, weight about 7lbs.

Yes I'm resurrecting an old thread. This guy has a really good channel and always makes it interesting.
I'm also a vintage rimfire enthusiast but his Walther trumps my collection. That is very cool to see.
I collect a lot of odd stuff, but I have never seen one of those.
It doesn't take much to hold the bolt closed on a 22 rimfire auto.
With a Ruger Mark 2/3/4 pistol, you can just hold your thumb up on the back of the bolt to keep it closed.

I do have an old rimfire that I have considered suppressing that is similar. It's often called a "gill gun" or "click clack".
It's a magazine tube fed chambered for 22 shorts, longs, or long rifle. Considering that the shorts don't really feed too well, you can lock the bolt closed and operate the bolt manually for them. (or any of them, but especially them).
You can lock the bolt closed by pushing the bolt knob into a hole in the receiver, which prevents it from trying to cycle in semi, or you can leave the bolt unlocked so it will shoot semiautomatically.
They were made around the same time frame.
I am interested in suppressing it because obviously, closed bolt guns are more quiet and have no action noise or port pop. While sometimes it's fun to just be able to shoot and plink around without manually loading as well. I thought it would make a good "all around" "all purpose" host gun.
