While I don't have a RIA I do have a 10mm 1911.

I have factory Colt, Mec Gar and Metalform magazines for my Delta and all work great.

I tried some Wilson Mags as I have a bunch for my 45's. They sucked, I had problems with the last round, failure to feed and the follower. Wilson wasn't real interested in solving my problems either. That surprised me because in the past they were always helpful.

I have 2 of those. One is an old Craftsman that has a few of the sockets marked in 32nds, the other is only about 20 years old. They live in my Willys.

Owned a G20 for a few weeks and I couldn't stand it
The Grip Angle was so unnatural, I couldn't shoot it
Was able to trade it (plus $100.00) for a NIB Delta Gold Cup
I love the thing

I am almost tempted to buy another G20 or G40 to pair with it

I'm curious about what you said, you had a G20 and hated it but now you are tempted to buy another.

I have a G20 and really enjoy shooting it. If I get drawn I'll probably take it Javalina hunting this fall.

I agree on the Colt comment, I have a Delta and love shooting it.

I've been buying them from Midway when they have a sale. The last ones I bought were $17.95 each.

Before buying a Chiappa, any model, you should check their customer service record. When last I did they were about a -5 on a 10 scale. Absolute bottom of the line. They may have gotten better as they certainly could not have gotten worse.

I've had 2 service issues with one of their uppers. One got resolved in 6 months the other has been on going for almost 2 years.

I thought this was a "small" problem it took 6 months for Chiappa to replace it.

Welcome to the forum. And would I be far off if I guessed you also like to reload? :)

Nope that's a pretty good guess.

I've been loading since the late 60's. I've burned a little over 300#'s of 2400 along with a lot of other powders since I started.
