Ram jet I was sitting with my back to a tree, was headed to stand in afternoon and saw some does so I sat down immediately.

Deer #6 with SR1911 and Fiocchi 180 grain hollowpoints. Smallish 9 point buck shot at 15 feet thru the neck, lights out. Lifetime handgun hunter, spent first 30 years with smith model 29 44 mag, the 10 seems to get it done just as well. Got a picture but can?t figure out how to post it.

Back strap on the grill last night yummy. Rest of it canned in pint jars with beef broth. If you ain't canning you are missing out......

Yet another deer with Fiocchi 180 hp. Pass thru 1 front shoulder and out other side. Deer ran 50 yds and piled up. I'm telling you guys this is great hunting ammo on the cheap.

He actually has killed two buffalo successfully, both heart shots. As far as him being stupid, or an idiot he is making huge amounts of money doing what he loves, he is very successful, if you read his blogs the dude is very knowledgeable about hunting and ballistics and seems to understand the limits of the round. Is he crazy yeah.....but it makes for a fun show. I mean if all you are gonna do is call folks names what is your point. You wanna debate why you disagree with his hunt I for one will listen...we will prob disagree but that is cool.

ge money to do so. It takes a lot of gun to humanely drop one of them. A 10mm pistol cartridge isn't it.

But yet it was enough gun....very humane kill, heart shot. wouldnt have made any difference if he would have used a bigger gun same result and most likely same time frame to its death. I just don't see the problem, but to each his own. I like to push the envelope myself, I never take a shot unless I am confident it will result in an animals certain death, and quick one at that. Not you cup of tea...that's cool but don't call the guy an idiot....a little weird maybe.

Great video. For the naysayers what would a bigger gun have done that would have made it any more effective than what the 10 did? I have killed deer with a 22lr, and had some get away with a 45/70 hole in them. No I don't advocate hunting deer with a 22 but with proper shot placement they can be effective.  Shot placement most important aspect of hunting.

Well I killed two deer this year using this load. The first a small doe dropped in her tracks but was spine shot. The second kill was a medium size buck 8 pt, I shot him at 35 yds thru heart. He ran approx 100yds and no blood for first 50. No exit hole, found the bullet on far side just under the skin. Shot was broadside with slight angle. Bullet performed textbook well as you can see from pics. I believe this to be a great hunting round for cheap.
