Who is making the 22 and 24 lb. flat wire recoil springs for the G20? Captive or loose flat wire?

Looking to find some load data for 3N 38 and Hornady 180 XTP's. Any one have any experience with this combo? Cant find Blue Dot right now and have a couple of pounds of this left over from my .38Super open Gun days.
