Long may she continue to fly proudly!

Went had some things checked at my dermatologist and had a spot on my scalp that was suspect for skin cancer. I never knew it. They surgically removed some skin cancer, they checked it in their lab to make sure they got all of it. Then stapled back up to hold it closed till it heals.

Getting checked and operated to remove this was a wise decision to avoid future issues.

yeah...I didn't comment on that but when I first say it I had the same thought and wondered if a falling bullet had gotten to them.

I was surprised just how round the surgeon had made the incision! The spot where the mold was wasn't that large, but he was making sure he got deep and wide enough to all cancer out.  They look through the tissue removed looking for the edges of the cancer cell structures as I waited in case he needed to take more tissue.  He managed to get it all with the first incision.
