Odin and Thor have shipped

About 18 months ago I got in on the pre-order of the TN Arms Co AR-10 receivers.  They finally shipped today.  Named Odin and Thor because of the norse engravings of the symbols for the horn of Odin and for Thor's hammer.

Should be here in time for xmas.

Yeah...Me too.

Somehow the engravings got overlooked.

Now, I didn't originally pay for them.  They were given to those of us that paid for a pre-order that was supposed to deliver in early 2015, that finally arrived between Christmas and New Years.

And, when I contacted them they gave me an account credit for the missing engravings I never paid for.

But, that conveniently puts me in a position of having to spend another $200 with them to get my "free" engravings.

I am out of the country at the moment, but when i get back home I will snap some picks of the receivers and post them.

Ok...Someone school me on AR 10 flattop deck heights.

I am looking at the Fulton Armory Titan stripped uppers.  I plan to use iron sights using a standard "F" FSB.  I think this means I need a "low" Titan upper to get the front and rear (Magpul MBUS) sights to line up right for a 200 yard battlefield zero.

Anyone know if I am right?
