Some signs of pressure (minor flatting of primers around edges).


Bullet: Hornady 180 gr XTP HP
Case: Remmington .985"
Primer: WLP
Powder: AA# 9 - 14.5 grains
O.A.L: 1.260"
Velocities: Average 1360fps

That's about 740 foot pounds of energy at the muzzle you got there.  Rediculous accuracy too. 
I might have anticipated more pressure issues with those kinds of raw values.  Congrats on your results. 

Unless your hunting Griz, it'll be plenty good medicine and very bad news for the game you're hunting.

I need to post up some load data for the 200 grain hard cast bullets that my pistol seems to like with a little better accuracy.  :o

That's a nice report. Thanks for posting. No. 9 under a 180 XTP has been a very precise load for my G20. You're getting Some nice velocities from that 6 incher.

I did not notice the target distance.

At what distance was the target set?
