Garage sale press, any ideas on the manufacture

I picked this press up some time ago at a garage sales, but don?t know anything about it. The only identifying marking is a large H with a circle around it on the base. Any thoughts on its usefulness, or anything else about it

Hey Ken I bought a Lyman single stage at a gun show and set it up with a Lee de-capping die. Just have to change the shell holder and you can rock  and roll.  Craig

Nice, I?m pretty fond of my Rock Chucker. It?s for sure a slower setup compared to, say a progressive,
but I kinda like loading that way. Enjoy Lyman!

I would get a progressive press just to do 9mm but everything else I would use my Redding t7!!  Craig

If you are loading for yourself and you are not shooting competition a single stage is usually fine.

But, competition or loading for a family changes that fast.

For sure, I normally only do 50 or 100 rds at a time, individually hand weighing each change. For me, I enjoy just putzing around, methodically building the best ammo I can, it?s almost like therapy for me while my wife sits upstairs knitting, sounds like something old people would do 😀

     For all of you who say you enjoy reloading here's our take on it.

For me, it?s a stress reliving therapy, I hang out in my reloading room / office / man cave with our yellow lab, and my wife knits upstairs watching Jane Austen inspired films, Lol, the true definition of how older folks spend some of their free time?Plus I really enjoy methodology weighing and building the best ammo I can.

Boy Ken I am right with you on reloading as I like to load better than shooting. I will say I don't agree on the weighting part as I have an old powder measure that works great so I just weight the first drop and the last drop to see if there is any difference and there never is!! Since I got into wet tumbling all my rounds look brand new and that is nice but an extra step in the process. If done real well it is an extra day but you end up with a lot of brass that is new looking. Craig
