Just thought I would share a few pics of my Glock 19 that I use for concealed carry.  I just couldn't decide between the Glock 26 or the Glock 19 when I went to purchase this gun a few years ago. On one hand I wanted the longer barrel and rail of the 19, but preferred the shorter grip of the 26. So I decided to go the route of the 19 and a hacksaw, dremel and some sandpaper. Now I have a 19 with the grip length of the 26. And I still have the option of running 19 mags. With or without the grip adaptor sleeve. Or 26 mags with +2 extension if I so choose. 90% of the time I use it with flush fit 26 mags.

Interesting seeing the frame cut short.

I have been running it like this for a few years now. I'm not sorry one bit that I made the cut!  :D

Yes I have seen that video. However he did it all wrong. When he made the cut, he cut from front to back in a straight line and did not leave a "tail" on the back strap. It was basically a failure.

Here is a pic of his gun next to a 26.

As a result, Rob ended up having Lou at Business End Customs build him a chopped 19 similar to mine although much nicer executed, with the proper blackstrap cut
