Holosun red dot mounting position on a weaver rail

Hey Folk, l recently picked up a Hi-Point10mm carbine 1095TS, and also a holosun he503 (2MOE) red dot. My question is the positioning of the Holosun on the weaver rail, close, far, in the middle? I?m at a total loss on this.
