Change in Kimber's 10mm magazine?

On Kimber's "Shop" webpage, for their 10mm magazine, it looks like they've changed the magazine a bit, in perhaps two different ways: the follower looks different (no longer "rounded" in shape), and their description sounds like the base plate is now removable.  The part number now has an "A" at the end, which wasn't there before.  Anyone know anything about this?

I don't know, but it seems like something worth calling them about to see what they say.
Gun Control?  Oh yes, the theory that becoming a victim is somehow morally superior to defending yourself & your family.  Makes perfect sense.

I don't think Kimber makes their own magazines. Just has whoever does pit a Kimber logo on it. Seems like I've heard it was Metalforms? Or was that the ones for Dan Wessons?

Maybe they just changed whoever manufactures their magazines.
Some people think I'm paranoid because I have so many guns. With all my guns, what do I have to be paranoid about?
