Yeah these are to nice to shoot with the new starline brass but I will need to shoot a few but I still have 100 or so brass and like 50+ bullets. I can also use the blue bullets if I run out of JHP.  Craig

OK finished the last 52 180g Montana Gold bullets and checked the COL and it was a little long so I fixed that and the first 50 I did yesterday so I am good to go. Talked to a friend today that has a friend with land near me about letting me build a range on his property as he has a large dirt pile he trying to give away. Perfect for backstop. We will see.  Craig

I have 50 more ready for powder and bullet and will go with the 200g blue bullet at 7.1g Power Pistol. This is Nosler max and there most accurate round listed. Will update as I go.  Can't shoot much as it is bow season and my range guy is a bow hunter and his son has already gotten a big one.  Craig

Finished those and have 51 Star-line left so will do those next. I am ready for powder and bullet and am thinking AA9 as I have 2 pounds and don't use it at all for anything else. the data says 11.7 to 13 so I may try 12.5 or so.  Craig

Well the 2 pounds was really 1 pound and 1 empty container. It's OK as I never use the stuff much.  BTW all those are done now I have no brass and just a few blue bullets anyway. Need to shoot  a few to test these. Craig

Just thought of something. Since the brass is new and the bullets and powder are new I am not reloading but me-loading. Get it?? If I can find the brass after I shoot then I will be reloading!!!!  Craig

Still cleaning and found some 10mm cases that are now in the wet tumbler. I only have 25 200g blue bullets but this will finish them off. I did check the primer pockets and they are for large primers which I have.  Craig

Of course they turned out to be small pocket brass I just got from a friend. It goes to show you can't tell primer size buy the hole at leased I can't :-[   Craig

Well I finished the gun show bought 10mm brass and they are in the tumbler. One strange thing on like 2 of the cases, they cam out of the resizing die like shaved on one side and it looked like the case was sloped that one way. Like setting straight up the case was slightly bent to one side. I checked and the case wasn't cut or smiled just shaved and off center a bit. Kind of strange and I will not load those. All the other brass was OK you just never know about gun show brass although I never had any real problems.  Craig

Craig, I saw some of that from others who were using Hornady Dies...not sure what was the issue.  It was like the brass rolled back and down the case.

It's almost like the brass was shaved and piled up at the base of the case. A hairline pile. I will look closer and post anything I find. The dies are RCBS I think.  Craig

Well I know I had 2 of these damaged cases now I can only find one!! I have a feeling it got mixed in with the other good brass and I will have to be careful to look for it when I load these. I need to do primers first so I should be able to find it. The one case I have I can't even tell you the brand. Oh well kind of gives me something else to do. Ha Ha.  Craig

Hey Craig, if I were to get into this wet tumbling, what is the most economical (cheapest) way to get setup, and what all would I need.
Thanks man!
