The HPA HR404 and Short act H.R.2395 are stuck in committee, largely due to chickenshit rep. https://jasonsmith.house.gov/ who is the head of the ways and means committee.

I have called both the ways and means committee hotline itself and told them to move it out of committee to the floor for a vote.

Since that isn't doing any good, I also called his office directly and insisted the intern give him my message to grow a pair of balls and stop being a cuck.

Capital switchboard can put you through to both offices.

We just had some state stuff come up for consideration, I think it did pass...

SB 101, is a critical piece of pro-Second Amendment legislation that will expand the rights of law-abiding Louisianans by allowing constitutional carriers to carry firearms in more locations across the state. This bill takes an important step toward eliminating arbitrary gun-free zones that leave responsible citizens vulnerable and unable to protect themselves.

As a supporter of our constitutional rights, I believe that individuals who lawfully carry firearms should not be restricted by unclear or overly broad regulations that limit their ability to exercise their rights responsibly and effectively.

That's great Shadow.

Several years ago, our state finally passed constitutional carry.  I know that many will still renew the CCW to be able to carry in other states, and that it also substituted as the exemption for a background check, but the main reason why I ever had a CCW was the BS about carrying concealed.

I was really glad to see that unconstitutional law go to the trash heap of history.
