Indiana and Unlawful Entry

Clearly the court should have ruled on the question of whether the entry was lawful, rather than trying to legislate from the bench to abrogate an existing right.  But is this legislative action the best way to reel in the judicial?  Or should the executive have quietly enacted careful policies and review until the court straightened itself out?  Or something else entirely?

Rulings coming down have been more intrusive against citizens in alot of diff levels.This would not be an issue if courts did their job on a case by case bases.And yes,a basic right by the Constitution was disregarded by the Court.And here we are and this is what we got.

i have friends asking me my thoughts all the time.  i am left thinking this is just a long comedy of errors...that isn't funny
