I started this post because I was so angry at the fact that we have people in the military, men and women, past and present, who signed a blank check to defend this Country and its' Constitution, from any enemy, foreign or domestic, many of whom have paid the ultimate price, and yet they are treated as second class citizens by this administration, denied even the basic right of self defense, on American soil no less. My dad was a WWII veteran, and though I miss him every day, I wouldn't want him here today, to witness what this great country has deteriorated into.
Wolfie, I've seen your posts, and to say that I disagree with you is an understatement, and I have that right, as do you with me. That's what makes this country so great. We enjoy freedoms and liberties not possible in other countries, and yes, I know that we have made mistakes as a country, some horrific, some at the expense of other countries. That's another post for another day. My point is, the freedoms that we have now have been bought and paid for in blood, and the POS in the White House has shown more contempt for our country, and especially our military, than any other President in my lifetime certainly, and probably in history. People are getting fed up with Obama and his 'change'. God knows I am. I saw this article, and I think it shows exactly what I mean. To ALL of our military members, thank you so much!
