Felt the need for some Trigger time, but knowing I wouldn't really enjoy shooting the Real Deal
I took out the .177 Nitro Venom and popped a few
Five in a 2" Bull and five on a 2x3" Formica Sample, both at 30yrds
I'll take that for now  8)
Can't wait to pull the Trigger on the Real stuff again

So tell me again how Trump was worse then the 8 years before .... AND what came after HIM !

Oh yeah, that counts. The tropical storm had me rained in so I cleaned a couple 44 specials and watched Gunsmoke. No shootin' here until tomorrow.

That's where something like this would come into play
A Umarex Colt CO2 .177 Pellet Pistol
That, along with a nice little Pellet Trap and it's indoor shoting at its best

Now that is sweet. I do have one of the umarex copies of the S&W m&p 40 (BB) , these things will surprise you with their power and accuracy. Great training aid.

Love that near one ragged hole target!
Some people think I'm paranoid because I have so many guns. With all my guns, what do I have to be paranoid about?

sqlbullet

Definitely counts.  In fact, it is about the best way I know to re-enforce trigger control and sight picture.  Dry fire is good, but you don't get the feedback indicating you did it right in the same way a hole in paper gives.

One of the main reasons I popped for a new Beeman a few weeks back!

Thanks guys
I really enjoy my Air Guns, and I try to shoot them at least once a week
More, since my Nerve Injury

I know somebody makes a laser doohicky thing so you can practice firing inside the house with no bullets needed.

I have seen those.  Still not as satisfying as an actual hole in paper.

I have thought about coupling one of those with a Wii Remote and a custom computer program to try and get the "hits" to record on an electronic "target".  Haven't made the time to work on the project much though.

Yes, I have the one that fits (most) all calibers
The LaserLyte LT-1
Their Cartridge ones are nice but then you'd need three or four different ones
AND they don't make them in 10mm

I also tried this:

I took a .38 and a .44 Speer Plastic Bullet and turned them down to 9 and 10mm
Yeah, you gotta rack the Slide my hand, but they fire and are accurate to +/- the length of your Garage

I had some .40 cal rubber bullets that only used a primer for the propulsive force. Foolishly I pointed one at my bedroom door and fired it.

It penetrated the wood and lodged inside the door. May have been good in a basement with a paper target, but my house was built on a slab.

I tried some wax bullets powered by a primer.  I tested them in the basement, and was likewise impressed with the power they exhibited.

Too much power, noise and trouble for shooting in the city, plus the smoke from the primer.

DenStinett

I haven't tried the Rubber (XRing) Bullets and can't say I know the Wax ones

I know these are Primer Powered, but these are cool to shoot too
Haven't tried them in a Semi-Auto, but I do have them for my two 38 / 357s
