Nah, I have to disagree. He is already proven that he is quite willing to break our laws. I don't think we should protect criminals.

We're talking about God-given versus government given rights here. It's a God-given right to protect yourself from a criminal or any person trying to do you or your family bodily harm.
The current government officials view this as a government granted right and they want to take it away from you.
Therefore, I agree with this ruling.

It is quite the catch-22.

You can't be deprived of fundamental rights without due process.

making a determination that someone is an illegal alien would constitute such due process.

However, we don't imprison illegal aliens and allow them to remain (usually).  We deport them.

So, what, are we going to determine they are illegal aliens, then imprison them for having a 22 shell in their pants for 6 months or a year, then deport them.  Just deport them and be done wasting our tax dollars.  The firearms charge is just a stacking charge, and does nothing.

Even better, lets just open the freaking boarders already.  We are a nation of immigrants.  That is our roots and one of the big things that made us strong.

I don't have a problem with legal immigrants. What I have a problem with is the fact that now everything needs instructions in Spanish. Why move here if you are not willing to learn English?
